Welcome to Satya Yoga Shala!

Satya Yoga Shala is a quaint boutique style Yoga studio, located in the heart of
Farmingdale Village at 356 Main Street. 
We offer a small class setting to ensure that the student receives the attention and direction of our highly qualified teachers in order to enhance the students experience.  
 The Shala teachers are dedicated to the practice and teachings of Yoga. 
We are certain that You will find a class,
lecture, or workshop to suit your specific needs.
Our studio is equipped with a wide variety of the yoga props to deepen
your yoga experience.
There is ample parking both on the street, in the rear of the building,
as well as across the street. All parking is free.
We offer a variety of crystals, fine grade essential oils, artisan soaps and lotions,
and beautiful one of a kind yoga inspired crystal jewelry.

The meaning of our name: In Sanskrit, the ancient language of yoga, Satya means "Truth", the teachings of Yoga at Satya Yoga Shala stay true to the teachings of yoga. "Yoga", the root word to "Yoke or come together"at Satya Yoga Shala we join together in community (common unity) to enjoy the pracitce of yoga in a group setting, learning and advancing in the study of yoga is very important to us here at studio. 
Shala
means "House or Studio".
Satya Yoga Shala is a True Yoga House
where individuals come together to practice Yoga in community. 
We strive to create a space that is warm and inviting, your Yoga House.
