Welcome to Satya Yoga Shala!

Satya Yoga Shala is a quaint boutique style 
Yoga studio 

located in the heart of 

Farmingdale Village at 356 Main Street. 
We are the only stand alone Yoga Studio in the town of Farmingdale.
We offer a small class setting to ensure that the student receives 

the attention and direction of our highly qualified teachers in order to 

enhance the students experience.  

 The Shala teachers are dedicated to the practice and teachings of Yoga. 
We are certain that You will find a class,
lecture, or workshop to suit your specific needs.
Our studio is equipped with a wide variety of the yoga props to deepen
your yoga experience.
There is ample parking both on the street, in the rear of the building,
as well as across the street. All parking is free.
We offer a variety of crystals, fine grade essential oils,  
and beautiful one of a kind yoga inspired crystal jewelry.

The meaning of our name: In Sanskrit, the ancient language of yoga, Satya means "Truth", the teachings of Yoga at Satya Yoga Shala stay true to the teachings of yoga. "Yoga", the root word to "Yoke or come together",           at Satya Yoga Shala we join together in community (common unity

learning and advancing in the study of yoga is very important to us.
